In 2016, I walked into the doors of Ex Athletics on a whim and talked to the coach. I signed up for Fundamentals that day, and after just one class, I couldn’t get enough. I’ve been doing CrossFit for 3 years now, and I have never looked back. I learned how to move properly and maximize my workout while also achieving goals. I have always had some back issues stemming from a high school sports injury. After some therapy and consultation with doctors, they recommended a “simple” surgery that could just fix my issue. I decided to use CrossFit as my rehab and learned how to move properly. The coaches put me on a program that worked on strengthening the area and taught me how to PROPERLY lift. I’ve never been stronger and have never felt better. I currently feel like I am in the best shape of my life! The coaches at Ex Athletics are so knowledgeable and genuinely take interest in your health. I have been to 30+ CrossFit gyms all over the country in my travels, and I don’t know that I have been to another one with a community and coaching expertise stronger than Ex Athletics.
