BOOK A FREE INTRO
We’ll spend 30 minutes answering all your questions about membership, pricing, and our fitness programs including CrossFit, On-Ramp, and one-on-one personal training. This is a great opportunity for you to see if Ex Athletics is a good fit for you. We will talk about what your fitness goals are in addition to helping you pick the right program tailored specifically for you.
MAKE A PLAN FOR YOU
If you are planning to move into group classes, we will start with On-Ramp/Fundamentals training. Our On-Ramp program is five (5) private sessions that will prepare you mentally and physically for group classes. We will teach you the fundamental movements used in CrossFit and gradually increase the intensity of the workouts so that you will be ready to kick some butt in your first group class.

We know it’s all about the goals! We will work with you to come up with a plan that tackles nutrition, a workout plan, and regular assessments with your coaches to ensure you are making effective strides forward. This is YOUR fitness and health journey and we want to make it a fun one!
