One-on-One training with your personal goals in mind
A custom-tailored solution in the form of personal training can help you meet your goals more quickly and effectively. We also offer Spark (our bootcamp style class), group CrossFit classes, nutrition coaching, and sports performance training. We are here for you and want to help you succeed on your path to wellness!
Let’s get personal. At Ex Athletics, personal training is designed around your goals. We look at what you WANT and what you NEED and design a program to fit that. Personal Training is a great option if you have been sedentary for an extended period of time, if you have an injury or range of motion limitations or if you just prefer one-on-one attention. It’s also a great option if you are training for something in particular (i.e. a race or other athletic event).
Like working out on your own but need some guidance? We can design an original program for you that you can complete on your own, when it’s convenient for you. This includes an initial consultation and assessment as well as weekly check-ins.
We will work around your schedule to help deliver a program that works around your life and your fitness and health journey.
