Every day that I walk in Ex Athletics, I feel at home. It has truly been my saving grace. Words would never do the atmosphere and comradery justice. This is a place that when you’re having a bad day, everyone will lift you up. It’s a place where accomplishments are celebrated to the highest. It’s a place where we stay healthy, keep our mentality young, and truly root for one another. It’s more than a gym. It’s home. It’s a family. It’s unlike anywhere else.
